Is this just prompt engineering?

Prompting is the tactical execution, but it is the smallest part of the process. This workshop is about sales architecture. We focus on the quality of the "Input" (the thinking and research) so that the "Output" (the AI draft) is commercially useful, grounded in reality, and highly relevant to the buyer.

Our team already uses AI - what’s different?

We teach your team how to use AI to surface insights and map stakeholders so their outreach becomes specific and valuable, rather than generic and automated.

Is this just about writing emails faster?

Faster emails are a byproduct, but they are not the goal. The goal is better commercial thinking. We want your team to earn the next exchange by bringing clarity to the buyer, ensuring that every meeting moves the deal forward rather than stalling.

Who is this workshop for - Account Managers/Executives or BDMs?

Both. For AM/E and newer BDMs, it builds a foundation of relevance and reduces the "blank page" syndrome. For AM/E, it acts as a productivity multiplier and a tool for rigorous deal pressure-testing, allowing them to map complex stakeholder landscapes more deeply than they could manually.

What if we’re not a "technical" business?

The workshop is designed for any B2B environment where multiple stakeholders influence a deal and credibility is the primary currency. If you sell simple, transactional products with short cycles and minimal complexity, this framework may be less relevant to your needs.

We can’t take reps out for training -how disruptive is this?

We don't use "placeholder" scenarios or abstract role-play. Because participants apply the workflow to live accounts and active opportunities during the sessions, the training time doubles as high-intensity deal preparation. Your reps aren't just learning; they are moving their actual pipeline forward.

How much pre-work is required?

Minimal. To ensure we hit the ground running, we require high-level context such as your ICP, typical stakeholder titles, and the types of deals you want to win. We do not require or want confidential customer material.

Is the package fixed or tailored?

The format is fixed: two half-day on-site sessions.

The application is tailored: every exercise and output is built using your specific products, real-world competitors, and actual customer scenarios.

How do you prevent "hallucinations" or fake claims?

We treat AI like a junior researcher. You would never let a junior researcher’s notes go straight to a client without a senior lead’s review. Our "Human-in-the-Loop" (HIL) framework ensures every AI-assisted output is filtered through the rep’s professional judgment and verified against your company’s factual reality.

Will my team be pasting customer data into AI?

No. NovaSQ teaches and enforces a Safe-Use Standard. We show teams how to use public, anonymised, or high-level inputs to get the insights they need without ever exposing sensitive or proprietary customer data to an LLM.

Does this create IP or confidentiality risk?

Used carelessly, AI can create risk. That is exactly why this workshop includes governance as a core module. We teach teams how to maintain human accountability and keep sensitive information out of AI tools, turning "safe use" into an operating standard rather than an afterthought.

Do you record sessions or keep our data?

No. Sessions are not recorded, and NovaSQ does not collect or store copies of participant outputs. Your team’s work stays on their devices. The only data we retain are attendee names for workshop logistics and follow-up support.

How is this different from sales training we’ve already had?

Traditional sales training focuses on behaviours during the client meeting. Relevant by Design focuses on the quality of the thinking before the meeting. How do we make it "stick" and measure the standard

What does it cost?

Pricing is provided on request following a brief fit call. This ensures the workshop is appropriate for your environment and that the outcomes align with your specific commercial goals.

How does payment and rescheduling work?

We use a split-invoice model. A deposit to secure your dates, with the remainder due within 14 days of workshop completion. We allow for rescheduling within 1 business day's notice.

Is there a risk-free way to trial the workshop?

Yes. Our "Relevant by Design" philosophy applies to our own services. If, after completing the Day 1 session, you feel the workshop is not the right fit for your team, you are under no obligation to proceed to Day 2. We will issue a full refund for the Day 1 session. We only want to move forward if we are providing clear, actionable value.

Won’t this workshop make my reps sound like robots?

The opposite. Most reps sound like robots now, because they use generic templates. We teach briefing discipline, so that AI helps the rep uncover human-centric insights. The rep always owns context, judgment and the final message.

How do you stop "spam" behaviour?

The workshop does not teach volume tactics. It teaches relevance checks and low-friction questions designed to earn the next exchange. We focus on how to be the most "prepared" person in the room, not the loudest person in the inbox.
